1. Service Scope

Skin Breathes provides skin journaling, photo records, reminder settings, before-and-after comparison, trend viewing, and related premium features. The actual features available in the current release prevail.

2. No Medical Advice

This app is intended only for personal skin observation, journaling, and management. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, or medical services and does not replace professional medical advice.

3. Membership and Subscription

Some features require an active subscription. Subscriptions are provided and managed through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription name, billing period, price, renewal rules, and trial details shown on the purchase screen and by Apple shall prevail.

4. User Content and Conduct

• You must ensure that the photos, notes, and other content you upload or save are lawful and that you have the rights required to use them.
• You may not use the app for infringement, unlawful conduct, harassment, abuse of system capabilities, or interference with the app's normal operation.
• You are responsible for securing your device and Apple account. Risks caused by jailbroken devices, device sharing, or account sharing are your responsibility.

5. Data Storage and Permissions

Records, photos, products, routines, and reminder settings are stored on your local device. If you sign in with an account, data may also sync to our cloud backend so it can be restored on another device. Some features may request camera, photo library, or notification permissions. If you deny a permission, related features may become unavailable.

5a. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in Settings. This permanently removes synced data from our servers and account-scoped local data on the current device. Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled; you must manage them through your App Store or Google Play account.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update, adjust, suspend, or remove features when reasonably necessary for product iteration, security, legal compliance, or platform policy changes.

7. Intellectual Property

The app's interface, structure, copywriting, visual design, and related code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except for user-provided content and any third-party materials owned by their respective right holders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by device issues, network interruptions, Apple service availability, user misuse, or force majeure events.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms due to business changes, product upgrades, legal requirements, or Apple platform policy changes. Updated terms become effective upon publication.

1. 服务内容

肌肤会呼吸为用户提供肌肤日记记录、照片留存、提醒设置、前后对比、趋势查看以及相关会员功能，具体以当前实际上线功能为准。

2. 非医疗用途声明

本应用仅用于个人肌肤状态观察、记录与管理，不提供诊断、治疗建议或医疗服务，不能替代专业医生意见。

3. 会员与订阅

部分功能需要开通订阅后使用。订阅通过 Apple 应用内购买提供和管理，订阅名称、周期、价格、续费规则和试用信息以购买页面及 Apple 展示信息为准。

你也可以同时查看自动续费规则。

4. 用户内容与行为规范

• 你应确保上传、保存的图片、备注及其他内容合法，并拥有必要的使用权；
• 你不得利用本应用实施侵权、违法、骚扰、滥用系统能力或干扰应用正常运行的行为；
• 你应妥善保管自己的设备和 Apple 账户。因越狱、设备外借或账户共享导致的风险由你自行承担。

5. 数据存储与系统权限

记录、图片、产品、护理程序和提醒设置保存在你的本地设备。如果你登录了账号，数据可能会同步到我们的云端后台，以便在其他设备上恢复。部分功能可能申请相机、相册和通知权限。若你拒绝授权，相关功能可能无法正常使用。

5a. 账号删除

你可以在设置中删除账号。此操作将永久移除服务器上的同步数据和当前设备上的账号作用域本地数据。已激活的订阅不会被自动取消，需通过 App Store 或 Google Play 账号自行管理。

6. 服务变更、中断与终止

基于产品迭代、安全维护、法律合规或平台政策变化等合理原因，我们可能对部分功能进行更新、调整、暂停或下线。

7. 知识产权

本应用的界面、结构、文案、视觉设计和相关代码等内容，除用户自行提供内容及依法属于第三方的材料外，均受适用知识产权法律保护。

8. 责任限制

在适用法律允许范围内，本应用按“现状”提供。对于因设备故障、网络异常、Apple 服务状态变化、用户误操作或不可抗力导致的间接损失，我们不承担超出法律强制规定范围的责任。

9. 协议更新

如因业务调整、产品升级、法律要求或 Apple 平台规则变化需要更新本协议，更新后的内容自发布之日起生效。
